AMUSA lends in most states with some program restrictions. AMUSA has closed thousands of transactions in the last 30 years. We do not lend in Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota and South Dakota.
For loans that fall outside our guidelines, we have lending partners to fund those transactions. We also have long term funding relationships with private equity Funds, Hedge Funds and other private lenders to fund hard money and bridge loan transactions.
AMUSA specializes in problem solving loans. Our typical borrower owns commercial real estate and has had either some past or current credit or financial issues. Our typical loan is a cash out refinance to for consolidation of debt, taxes, merchant cash advances.
